How far in advance should I place my order?
It depends, but as soon as possible! For custom cake orders we require at least 2 weeks notice. For Wedding Cake orders we require at least 45 days notice. However, we will try to accommodate everyone the best we can.
What if it's less than the 2 week window, can I still order?
NO! Just kidding :-). We will try to accommodate, however slots fill quickly and we may not be able to make your order. Additionally, if your cake requires special ingredients that need to be ordered, we may charge a fee for the rush delivery.
What flavors do you have?
We can make all kinds of flavors! Just ask. Please note that custom flavors may cost extra. We use all fresh ingredients!
I have found a design, can you make that?
Absolutely! Just show us the pic and we'll take it from there!
I have the perfect cake design in mind but I can't find a picture that captures my vision. What do I do?
You should have a consultation with us. Our master chef is an artist! Sit with him and he can put your dreams to paper, then to cake!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do. Custom cakes require a lot time and preparation. So, to be sure that you are as committed as we are, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot and the remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.
What if I cancel my order, will I get my deposit back?
Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable. More than likely, we have already begun preparations for your Caketacular Creation. However, we will hold your deposit if you reschedule within 6 months.
Do you have cake tastings?
Absolutely! We require at least a 2 week notice before the testing. The cake testing will include 6 of our most popular flavors. However, if there is something in particular you would like, just let us know. Just call us at 469-530-0367 for an appointment!
